    Tantra Yoga is a meditation form used to expand all levels of consciousness. It was derived 5,000 years ago as a way to rebel against the predominant Hindu religion of its century, and still lives on today. Tantra Yoga is one of the oldest forms of Yoga still practiced and has a variety of aspects that can draw one in. The spiritual foundation in which it was created, the sexual overtones that mask the stances, and the inner peace one gets from this specific yoga practice can all work together in grabbing your attention, and holding onto you until you personally discover its magic for yourself.
